This individual’s complaint was rejected. He was never contacted by the Colorado Office for Judicial Discipline except to receive a dismissal letter, telling him to file an appeal. He has. His action is currently pending in front of the Appellate Court with no end date in sight. He still does not have anything but supervised visitation with his children despite not having done the things he was accused of and the Sheriff verifying there was no evidence of abuse. In July 2024, without being asked, Judge Furse transferred this case to a Magistrate, putting this individual one step further away from resolving this and being reunited with his children.
